arrange a telephone or video appointment.

Appointments that have already been made can be changed to telephone or video appointments -also in the short term.

In the current corona pandemic, we are all dependent on compliance with special rules, this also applies to your visit to my practice.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please contact me by phone in good time before your appointment,

should you observe any of the following symptoms:

Signs of an acute respiratory infection

(e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath,

other signs of a flu infection)

Changes in smell and/or taste

Diarrhea

A SCHEDULE is pending if

You have just come from a current Covid-19 risk area

have returned

You contact a person positive for Cov-19

tested person have had

You have tested positive for Cov-19 yourself

a test has been carried out and the result is still pending

HYGIENE RULES AND INFECTION PROTECTION IN PRACTICE

Wearing a mouth and nose protector in accordance with the current regulation

Distance (at least 1.5m)

Hand washing and hand disinfection before / at the beginning of the session

Adhering to cough and sneeze etiquette

YOUR SHARE OF ADDITIONAL COSTS DUE TO HYGIENE MEASURES

For extended hygiene measures, I charge 2.50 euros per session in practice.

Basis:

The GOÄ number 245 for extended hygiene measures

provides a hygiene fee of €6.41.

In the same way, I calculate the partial amount mentioned above.
